Ken has spent 9+ years taking businesses live and making them run better. He ran operations for a national medical group — oversaw seven clinics serving some 200,000 patients, built its CRM and rolled it out to 40 staff and over 2,000 patient users, and grew the clinic he ran from roughly $2M to $3M in annual revenue. As founder of Kage, he has designed, built, and shipped custom software across some 20 client engagements, including a full legal-AI platform. Mountaintop is that experience, productized: a web presence built to be found — on Google, on Maps, and in AI answers — with the follow-through most small businesses never get.
